Oh show!!! LOOK HOW GORGEOUS THEY ARE.
Anyway, here are some mini-fics for bitesize_bones, which I totally missed out on. But ages ago I had jotted down the prompts I wanted to write so I just went ahead and wrote them, because they were great prompts and I love episode tags like a fat kid loves cake. It was actually kind of hard to write things that could be canon for seasons 1 and 3. Did I get their characters right? Let me know.

Summary: She tells herself that this time she'll be braver, understand his jokes, and be amenable to ice cream and hugs and his Bones-doesn't-get-a-gun policy. She wishes he knew her enough to say she doesn't need to be any of these things. More and more she just wants to be reassured. A post-finale fic.
Note: So I basically wrote this months ago, thought it was kind of lame and decided that ONE DAY, ONE DAY, I would fix it so it would be fabulous. Sadly that day never really came, but I do want to post it...because 30,000+ words is a lot to let go to waste. I'm not saying it sucks, just that I don't boast it to be something earth shattering or epic. If you do read it, I hope that you find it enjoyable! Fyi, this takes place post-season 4 finale. I meant to post this yesterday. And I know some of you have already read this on ff.net, but...
this is the post-ep I wrote for Mayhem on a Cross. Really just my attempt to get at what Brennan is thinking right now, and I think I ended up confusing myself even more. :(
Hope everyone enjoyed Double Death of the Dearly Departed! It's super-rainy here and that ep made me wish I had a Booth to hold my umbrella. Because that would be cool.
Booth: "You can stand under my umbrella-ella-ella. Eh. Eh. Eh."
Me: "Remember when I was talking to my tv screen last night and asked you not to sing ever again?"
Clearly I need sleep.
